Annelise Remigio-Instructor
Annelise is a fabulous instructor who has enjoyed the benefits of Pilates for many years and comes from a background of singing, dancing and gymnastics.
Annelise was first exposed to the benefits of Pilates by using it as part of her rehabilitation programme after a snow-boarding injury acquired on the French ski hills. She is now fully recovered and is a keen advocate of a healthy mind and body and is super excited about sharing the techniques and principals of Pilates with her clients by offering challenging and rewarding classes.
Fiona Familton- Instructor
Fiona's interest in Pilates is two fold. She first began with a background in exercise physiology at Hollywood Functional Rehabilitation Clinic, and is currently studying Physiotherapy.
Through her studies and reading research Fiona developed an interest in Pilates and core control for treatment of some back, hip and shoulder problems. Fiona then began practicing for interest and found Pilates to be a free flowing sequence of movement and breath that is strengthening and rejuvenating. Fiona has found it a very useful tool in rehabilitation and for fun. Her training has come from the Australian Pilates Method.
