Kate Hart-Director & Principal Instructor
Kate has been enjoying the benefits that Pilates offers for many years and comes from an extensive dancing background, including ballet, modern jazz, hip hop, funk, musical theatre and cheerleading. Kate furthered her dance studies and became a full time instructor both teaching and performing professionally.
Kate has a genuine care for all of her clients and likes keeping her session's fun, effective and motivating so that each individual works to their own potential.
Tanya Hanson - Instructor
Tanya is a qualified Pilate’s instructor and Personal Trainer, currently continuing her training in Pilates with Art of Motion training in movement. She has been working as a personal trainer for the past four years, covering most areas of physical training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching with her clients.
Tanya is thoroughly enjoying introducing the challenges and rewards of Pilates to her clients, improving their overall strength and flexibility, while also using corrective and functional movements needed for everyday life. Tanya instructs a safe, effective and inspiring Pilate’s session in which each individual will enjoy.
Marnie Lazar-Self - Assistant
Marnie has been a Pilate’s student for the past year and wants to share the benefits and her enthusiasm for the form with others. Marnie has a dance background in ballet and pole dancing for fitness, where she was an instructor for over 3 years.
Marnie loves the similarities between dance and Pilates and it is the fluidity of the movement and the physical challenge that has drawn Marnie to Pilates. She looks forward to helping others realise the benefits of Pilates and sharing the challenge and grace of the movement.
