Beginners Courses
The introductory course covers the basic techniques and principals of Pilates in a safe, fun and well structured environment. This class will teach you about correct breathing, posture, activation of the core abdominal muscles, stretching and will prepare you for a full body class. When participating in this course you can achieve a gradual increase in your strength and flexibility and you will be amazed at how much you can achieve in such a short amount of time!
We only take a maximum of 15 participants making it essential you book your classes well before the starting dates.
The technique course is a wonderful introduction to a sensational exercise program that will increase your strength, stamina and flexibility, so we hope you will be joining us.
COURSE FEES :
1 class per week 5 weeks = $120.00 - Price includes 1x Pilates Mat & 1x Foam Block
Already have a Pilates mat the total will be:
1 class per week 5 weeks = $90.00 - Price includes 1x Foam Block
WHAT TO BRING:
• Own towel is essential
• Wear loose comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• No shoes during class
• Can bring own mat, or mats are provided
