Pilates is a form of exercise that provides an all over body workout focusing on the small muscle groups in the body. It not only helps to restore the natural curve of the spine, but also improves your overall muscle tone and strength without the effects of bulking. It heightens your body awareness which in turn streamlines your shape, increases flexibility, developing stamina and endurance at the same time.

Pilates with Hart provides an environment of genuine care. Our instructors have the highest level of training, and confidence to pass on their knowledge successfully to their clients. Our classes create a genuine, comfortable environment encouraging all of our clients to achieve their own maximum performance. 

It is important when taking part in a Pilates class that your session is based on the traditional Pilates method with a fully qualified instructor. Pilates with Hart endeavours to maintain high levels of service excellence with integrity and credibility. 

All instructors have gained extensive training from the Pilates instructor Allianz Australia as well as currently extensive training with art of motion training in movement.   

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Pilates with Hart is looking for experienced and qualified Pilates instructors (mat-work) for our Hillarys location. If you are creative, innovative, and energetic and can establish and maintain relationships with clients then this is the role for you. You must have current senior first aid and CPR certification & need to be available for evening classes.
